Donating to the Nova Scotia Seamanship Education Society:

Cash/Cheque – Mail to: P.O. Box 1076 Lunenburg, Nova Scotia B0J 2C0
Stocks – Please call #902-634-9984 for more information
Please send us an e-mail or write us a note if you would like to donate to a specific opportunity, otherwise your donation will be used to connect a young mariner with an appropriate opportunity with a growing number of partners.
*All Canadian contributions are fully tax deductible and you will receive a tax-receipt.
*The Society cannot currently give tax receipts to US donors. However, if you are a US citizen and wish to donate to a Scholarship on the STV Picton Castle, or for a Scholarship to attend the Bosun School, there is a fund established at Tall Ships America specifically for that. You can send a check payable in US funds and drawn on a US bank to Tall Ships America with “Picton Castle Scholarship fund” in the memo line. Please attach a letter that stipulates the same. Please send us an e-mail should you have any questions or concerns.

Contribute to the Blog
Everyone has an interesting journey that led them to the sea. No two stories are alike.
If you received a Scholarship or Bursary from the Nova Scotia Seamanship Education Society, we would love to receive a Testimony from you. Your stories are truly the heart of the matter, and we would love to continue to share them.
If you have had an interesting career path in the Maritime world, and would like to share a profile with us, we would happily feature it in a blog post.
Spread the Word
If you would like to help spread the word about the Nova Scotia Seamanship Education Society, please do! We are always looking to grow our public profile, expand our partnerships and opportunities, and connect with those interested in pursuing an education in seafaring and seamanship who may need financial support.
